Managed Services Framework

We are delighted to have secured a three-year managed service framework agreement across the London and UK regional offices of a global financial services organisation.

The £3m+ contract covers the delivery of services ranging from 24x7x365 datacentre smart-hands through to on-site dealerboard support.

The framework has been tailored to precisely meet the client’s existing service requirements, but also to be flexible to meet the fluctuating demands of a fast-moving business environment.

The agreement provides for the assured delivery of the best resources, including cover for holidays, throughout the three years period, with a single point of contact and a single monthly invoice which matches the agreed cost schedule for easy reconciliation.
