XChange™ has been designed to draw ideas, insights and perspectives from across our many strands of operation, and then to develop these into services improvements and new solutions which add value to our clients.
The XChange™ team comprises no more than six people at any time, an optimum number calculated to help discussions stay focused and outcome-oriented. Participation is on a rolling 12-month basis, ensuring that fresh ideas arrive all the time.
